kabhi ai haqiqat-e-muntazar nazar aa libas-e-majaz mein ki hazaron sajde tadap rahe hain meri jabin-e-niyaz mein the poet addresses the ultimate truth (god) as something long-awaited, asking it to become perceptible through ordinary, earthly forms. “garment of metaphor” suggests the seen world as a veil through which the unseen may be recognized. the “thousands of sajdahs” are intense inner urges to worship, restless for a direct encounter. emotionally, it is a prayer of yearning: devotion so overflowing that it begs for a sign.
